As an Ayurveda and Yoga physician, I am passionate about exploring the principles of Swasthavrutta and their applications in public health.

My research focuses on integrative medicine, particularly the role of Ayurveda and Yoga in enhancing overall well-being. I have been involved in an exploratory study on Prakriti and the gut microbiome and actively participate in clinical trial activities to bridge traditional wisdom with modern scientific research.
