An Ayurvedic physician with clinical experience of more than 3 years. My main area of interest is Ayurveda with an upper hand in diet and lifestyle consultation. I am working as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Health Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University in the assessment of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) as an adjuvant for the COVID-19 vaccine. Alongside this study, I conduct the Prakriti Analysis of selected endogamous species in the Human Microbiome Initiative program.

Additionally, I work as a therapeutic yoga consultant. I believe in diagnosing and treating my patients with a similar approach since Ayurveda and Yoga go hand in hand. I am also a guest lecturer at Yog Vidya Dham, PCMC.

I look forward to developing my skills and knowledge in the field of research based on Ayurveda.
