An Ayurvedic physician by training has had an extensive clinical experience of more than 10 years. My main area of interest had been infertility and I had been involved in treating a significant number of infertility couples. The idea was to have a holistic approach and was successful in giving results in about 70% of the infertility couples. During pandemic, I contributed immensely in providing treatment to COVID-19 patients and actively participated in COVID-19 vaccination drives. The pandemic was an excellent example of providing new therapies for the disease about which very less is known even today. In the current role I am striving to establish robust methods to establish efficiencies of the newer indications and making Ayurvedic therapies more acceptable to a larger population in general. Apart from clinical background, I am fond of gardening, reading and travelling.
